Yes, number porting services are available with Ezysim e-sim. You can easily transfer your existing mobile number to your Ezysim e-sim profile. Follow the instructions on our website or contact our support team for assistance.
Important Port-in information
Keep your SIM in your phone until the port is complete.
Reply with the code provided in the SMS to initiate the port.
Switching takes place between Mon-Fri, 8am-8pm (AEDT) and Saturday 10am-6pm (AEDT).
Your Current service will remain active until your number is successfully transferred.
In the meantime, please don't disconnect your service from your previous provider. We'll send an SMS to your current service with the one-time authorisation code. Follow the SMS instructions and reply with the code only, and then we can start the switching process!
